The Valley Water Mentoring Program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships that connect mentees with leaders at Valley Water to learn, develop, and grow. Mentoring helps both the mentor and mentee expand networks, gain new knowledge and insights, and build new skills.
Additionally, by participating in the Mentoring Program, mentors/mentees contribute towards the "Succession & Talent Development" goal in their EDPP goals (http://www.aqua.gov/cultivate-succession-initiative).
